Minor changes
Add support of pool_recycle configuration parameter for Redis and PostgreSQL database connections. When enabled, the application will use short-lived TCP connections rather than long-lived. It is required for networks where web server communicates to database server through a router, that may drop automatically long-lived TCP sessions due to no activity.
Fix issues
Fix issue with LDAP User Sync - unable to edit settings of the existing job.
Fix issue with Screen Recordings Export - unable to edit settings of the existing job.
Fix issue with screen recordings - very short recordings may stay in "Uploading" state, preventing export of them.
Fix incorrect display of message "Forbidden" on Mitel/Aastra phone when there are no active calls. It should display message "No active calls" instead.
