Add AI-based recognition of named entities in the conversation (powered by MiaRec Speech Cloud service).
MiaRec Speech Cloud service now uses AI to tag in transcript entities like Credit Card, Expiration Date, 3-digit security code, phone number, order number, date, money and others.
Such an information can be used in auto data redaction task to redact a sensitive information from bot transcripts and recordings.
