New features
Added "User managed groups settings" permission for Role profile
Now, it is possible to create users with rights to edit user's "Managed Groups" attribute, but without a permission to change their role. The user's role attribute is controlled by "User role settings" permission.
Minor changes
SAML Single Sign-On is allowed only for users with Authentication Type "SAML 2.0"
Previously, users with "Password" authentication type were allowed to Single Sign-On.
