Fix issues
- Add support of FTP servers running on Windows Server OS when "Directory listing" setting is set to "Windows". Previously, it supported only "Linux type" of directory listing.
- Fix issue with TLS/SSL protocols, when used for SIPREC, Cisco BiB and MiaRec Screen Recording Controller.
