Evaluation forms

An evaluation form is a scorecard used to evaluate agents: sections, questions, and the points of each answer. See Scorecards in the User Guide.

The REST API provides read-only access to evaluation forms. To create or edit forms, use the web portal.

The completed evaluations are available through Evaluation reports.
