User reports

The User Details Report lists your organization's user accounts — one row per user — with their group, role, licenses, capture settings, and web-access status. Administrators typically use it for license audits ("who holds a Conversation Analytics license?"), access reviews ("who can sign in, and when did they last log in?"), and onboarding checks.

The report is created and run like any other report — from the Reports area of the portal, not from Administration. The reporting workflow (templates, visibility, scheduling, export to Excel/PDF, email delivery) is documented in the User Guide Reports chapter; this page covers only what is specific to the user report.

Creating a user report

  1. Go to Reports and click Create.
  2. Select the User Details Report type.
  3. Configure the template — columns, sorting, filters, visibility — and save. See Creating report templates.

Unlike conversation reports, the User Details Report has no report period: it is a snapshot of the current user accounts at the time it runs. Filters let you narrow the rows — for example to a specific group or role.

Results reflect the access scope of the person who runs the report: an Organization-scoped administrator gets all users; a Selected Groups supervisor gets the users of their managed groups only.
