Tenant reports

Two report types exist specifically for reporting on tenants: the Calls Summary Report by Tenants (activity per tenant) and the Tenant Details Report (configuration, licensing, and storage per tenant). Both are available only to cross-tenant roles working from the System tenant, and both export to XLSX and PDF. The general reporting workflow is in the User Guide Reports chapter.

Note

Both types also work on a non-multitenant installation — the Tenant Details Report is the standard way to get storage usage numbers even with a single organization.

Calls Summary Report by Tenants

One summary row per tenant for the selected period, with drill-down (View calls) into the underlying conversations. Columns combine three groups:

  • Tenant - Name (default) and Tenant - ID (optional).
  • The full call-summary column library — conversation counts and durations by direction, per-weekday counts, hold/queue/talk time, sentiment buckets, and so on — documented in the User Guide column reference.
  • Storage usage and limit columns. The usage columns count the conversations matching the report's period and filters (not tenant-wide totals — for those, use the Tenant Details Report):
Column Description
Storage Usage - Audio Recordings - File Size, GB Audio file size of the matching conversations
Storage Usage - Audio Recordings - Minutes Audio minutes of the matching conversations
Storage Usage - Total Audio Recordings Number of matching audio recordings
Storage Usage - Screen Recordings - File Size, GB Screen-recording file size of the matching conversations
Storage Usage - Screen Recordings - Minutes Screen-recording minutes of the matching conversations
Storage Usage - Total Screen Recordings Number of matching screen recordings

Matching Storage Limits columns are also available: Enabled; Audio Minutes / File Size, GB / Days; Screen Minutes / File Size, GB / Days.

Tenant Details Report

One row per tenant, reflecting the tenant's current configuration — the report has no report period and no caching, and its rows drill down (View) into the tenant page. It is the reporting counterpart of tenant configuration. Columns come in three groups.

Other operator-oriented report types

  • System Log Details / Summary Reports — see System log.
  • Audit Trail Details / Summary Reports — see Audit trail.
  • User Details Report — includes operator-only columns (per-user licenses, managed tenants) beyond the customer-visible set documented in User reports.
