Usage and limits

Conversation Analytics consumes two metered resources: transcription minutes (speech-to-text) and AI tokens (the AI tasks that produce summaries, sentiment, insights, and Auto QA). Administrators can review both against your organization's limits.

Managed by your service provider

The limits themselves are set by your service provider according to your subscription. The pages below are read-only — contact your provider to increase a limit.

Transcription usage

Administration › Conversation Analytics › Transcription, tab Usage:

  • Usage / Limits — minutes transcribed in the current period against your limit (or Unlimited).
  • Historical usage — a chart of used minutes and denied requests over a selectable date range.

AI token usage

Administration › Conversation Analytics › AI Tasks, tab Usage:

  • Usage / Limits — tokens consumed against your limit (or Unlimited).
  • Historical usageused tokens, tokens / minute, and denied requests over a selectable date range.

When a limit is reached

Once a limit is exhausted, further processing requests are refused and counted as denied requests — new conversations are still captured, but they are not transcribed or analyzed until the limit resets or is raised. A growing denied-requests count is the signal to contact your service provider.
