Disconnect MiaRec from Webex

Process Overview

Disconnecting the MiaRec platform from your Webex organization involves:

  1. Deleting the integration in the MiaRec portal
  2. Deauthorizing the MiaRec application in Webex Control Hub
  3. Revoking user authorization for the MiaRec application in the Webex user profile

Step 1. Delete the integration in the MiaRec portal

  1. Sign in to MiaRec.
  2. Navigate to Administration > System > Integration.
  3. Select the Webex integration from the list and click Disconnect.

  4. Confirm your organization name (displayed on the confirmation dialog) and click Continue:

  5. Wait for the integration to be deleted. A confirmation message appears when the process completes:

Step 2. Deauthorize the MiaRec application in Webex Control Hub

  1. Sign in to Control Hub.
  2. Go to Management > Apps.
  3. Select the Service Apps tab.
  4. Scroll the list of apps to find the MiaRec application. Do not use the Search by ID field; it does not search by name.
  5. Click the MiaRec application to open the app details page.
  6. Toggle Authorize to off to deauthorize the MiaRec application.

You have successfully deleted the Webex integration in the MiaRec platform.

Step 3. Revoke user authorization for the MiaRec application in the Webex user profile

  1. Sign in to Webex User Account Settings.
  2. Navigate to Sign-in & Security section.
  3. Click the Manage all devices connected to your account link. Cisco User Account Settings

  4. Find the MiaRec application in the list of connected apps and click END SESSION next to it.

You have successfully disconnected the MiaRec integration from your Webex organization.
