Improvements
- Include
<silence>tags in the generated transcript to indicate pauses. Can be used in QA to flag long silences/holds. - Don't highlight topics/keywords/redactions in transcript inline to reduce visual clutter.
- Add search parameters: "Call - Participants Count" and "Call - Files Count".
- Add SSO "came_from" handling.
