Improve performance for users with access scope "Managed Groups"
Users with access scope "Managed Groups" can see only recordings of users under their supervision.
This software update improve performance of the application when such users are accessing the platform.
Add support of pushing events to multiple tenant-specific queues after successful processing in jobs

Fix issue with the Ansible-based software update in some configuration
On some systems, the software upgrade may fail with "cancelled due to statement timeout" error when the upgrade takes more than 5 minutes. With the current release, the statement timeout is set to 4 hours during the software upgrade.
