Add notes to a recorded call

Overview

Add notes to your phone calls to keep important information at your fingertips.
The following screenshot demonstrates the notes in the inline call details view. The notes are shown on the extended call details page as well.

Add notes to a call recording

  1. 1.
    Navigate to the inline call details view and click Add note.
2. Enter your note and click Save.
The notes are displayed from oldest to newest. However, it is possible to pin any notes on top (out of order) by clicking Pin to top.
You can also add the notes from an extended call details view, using the Notes section at the bottom of the page.
