Change password for a user profile

You can edit your current password by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner and then selecting Change Password.
Type your current password, type your new password twice, and then click Change Password.

Reset password by email

If you forget your password, you can request to reset your password. To reset your own password, click the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
Fill in the following form by providing your login name and email. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
NOTE
A password reset by email may not be available for your account if:
  • Email address is not configured for your user profile. Contact your system administrator for assitance.
  • A Single Sign-On is activated for your user profile, i.e. the same credentials are used for the MiaRec web portal as well as the Broadworks Web Portal / Metaswitch CommPortal. In this case, you need to reset the password in the corresponding web portal rather than in MiaRec.
