Saved Views and Sharing
Saved views help teams use the same definitions and reduce “one-off” analysis. Depending on your permissions and deployment, you may be able to: - save a search as a reusable view, - share a dashboard link, - share a filtered conversation list with teammates.
When to use saved views
- Weekly review: “Dissatisfied calls (CSAT ≤ 2)”
- Escalation watchlist: “Escalation reason present”
- Sales coaching: “Competitor mentioned in negotiation stage”
- QA sampling: “Auto QA score < 80”
Sharing best practices
- Use consistent time ranges (or relative ranges like “last 7 days”) when sharing.
- Avoid sharing sensitive content in screenshots; prefer share links with permission checks.
- If you change your team's definitions, update the saved view name (for example add "v2").
