Exports (If Enabled)

Some deployments allow exporting conversation lists, dashboards, or reports for offline analysis.

Common export use cases: - sharing weekly metrics with leadership, - building a coaching queue in a spreadsheet, - deeper analysis in BI tools.

What exports typically include

Depending on export type, exports may include: - conversation metadata (date/time, agent/team, channel), - selected insight fields (CSAT, sentiment, topics, etc.), - links/IDs to open the original conversations, - sometimes: transcript excerpts (depending on permissions).

Privacy and access considerations

Exports can increase privacy risk because data leaves the platform. Follow your organization’s policy for: - who can export, - how exported data is stored, - how long it is retained, - whether PII is allowed.
